Privacy Notice
Effective: 4 September 2026
This notice explains how Innerrise Holdings LLC, through its Innerrise Media brand, handles personal information collected through innerrise.media and related business communications.
Information we collect
On the current website, we may receive information you choose to send in an email or through the contact form, including your name, email address, topic, message content, and any information you voluntarily include. The contact form submits the information you enter through FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, so the message can be delivered to hello@innerrise.media without requiring you to open your own email application.
Our hosting and security provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request time, browser or device information, requested URL, and security-related request data.
Why we use information
- To receive, route, and respond to enquiries.
- To maintain business records and follow up on requested services or opportunities.
- To protect the website, detect abuse, and maintain availability and security.
- To comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not currently sell personal information, use it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or intentionally share it with advertising networks. If that practice changes, this notice and any required opt-out controls will be updated before or when the change takes effect.
Service providers
Website traffic is delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure. Website contact-form submissions are transmitted through FormSubmit for delivery to hello@innerrise.media. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for up to 30 days. Email messages are then handled by the applicable mailbox and email service providers.
Retention
Contact correspondence is generally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, security, or legitimate business-record purposes. Security and infrastructure records may have shorter or provider-controlled retention periods.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or information about our processing. You may also have a right to complain to a local data-protection authority.
To make a privacy request, email privacy@innerrise.media. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
California notice at collection
At the point you contact us, we may collect identifiers and contact information (such as name and email address) and the contents of your communication. We use this information to respond to your request, maintain related business records, and protect our systems. We do not currently sell or share this information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Contact data is generally retained as described above.
International visitors
Because the website is available internationally, information may be processed in countries different from the one in which you live. Where required, we will use appropriate legal safeguards for international transfers.
Children
This corporate website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the website.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of this website. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes
We may update this notice when our services, technology, vendors, or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
